Trained as a software engineer, in the high availability world of traditional telecommunications (GEC Plessey Telecomms), Mike has spent over 20 years helping businesses mature infrastructure, operational teams and technology processes that deliver the right SLAs to allow businesses to develop unfettered during their high growth and consolidation phases.
Mike has operated in businesses including Woo Media, Claranet, Tiscali, NetBenefit, Redbus Interhouse, Redbus Netstream, Demon Internet and Compulink Information Exchange. Mike is currently helping an organisation going through the significant organisational change of divestment, working to separate from the parent company's infrastructure.
