Roundabout consulting is a dynamic team led by Tina Codlin and able to draw on a broad talent pool for the appropriate consultant for any particular project. The team has broad experience of designing, scaling and operating business and Internet infrastuctures for delivering diverse solutions for start-up and high growth business.
Tina Codlin
Founder and director of Roundabout Consulting Ltd, Tina has over 10 years banking sector experience, in business analysis and technology support and operations roles. A qualified ITIL practitioner, Tina focuses on change management and user acceptance testing of key business systems in Banking environments.

Mike Rogers
Trained as a software engineer, in the high availability world of traditional telecommunications (GEC Plessey Telecomms), Mike has spent over 20 years helping businesses mature infrastructure, operational teams and technology processes that deliver the right SLAs to allow businesses to develop unfettered during their high growth and consolidation phases.
Mike has operated in businesses including Woo Media, Claranet, Tiscali, NetBenefit, Redbus Interhouse, Redbus Netstream, Demon Internet and Compulink Information Exchange. Mike is currently helping an organisation going through the significant organisational change of divestment, working to separate from the parent company's infrastructure. He coordinates inhouse and outsourced devops capabilities delivering stabilisation and resilience improvements to the group of agile teams, deploying into multiple cloud environments through puppet.
